It would be very advisable that you keep using your energy wisely: if you would like you are really energetic today, it is something good, but if you want to use it in a nice way, then that would be something better! You surely will need to canalize the energies you have as much as possible so that it can be used in the best possible way, this is what is called efficiency. Don’t go around running as a random person but instead, you rather use this energy to do something good like a nice work to or even practicing a sport if that is your thing!
You should not eat that much: in fact, you should eat just as much as necessary and not more than that. If you add extra fats and calories to you body, chances are that you don’t do it very well. If would be advisable that you don’t do things that could be harmful for your life. It would be good if you practice a new sport so that you can feel more in shape while having fun.
